Order Processing All confirmed orders are processed within a standard time frame once payment has been received. Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and location. The product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Delivery Timelines Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and logistics partner. Standard delivery within India generally takes between three to seven business days. International deliveries may take longer depending on customs clearance and local regulations. EcoCore Manufacturers will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. In certain cases, promotional offers may include free shipping.
Delivery Conditions Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including address and contact details. EcoCore Manufacturers is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the logistics partner may attempt redelivery or request collection from a designated location.
Damaged Deliveries If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must provide video proof of the damage within twenty four hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period or without valid video evidence will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Risk and Ownership Ownership of the product passes to the customer once delivery is completed. EcoCore Manufacturers is not responsible for loss or damage after successful delivery.
