Return and Refund

EcoCore Manufacturers values customer satisfaction and ensures that all products are delivered with care and quality. However, due to the nature of our operations and the standards we maintain, we do not provide returns or refunds for products once they have been successfully delivered. Customers are therefore requested to carefully review their orders before confirming purchase.
The only exception to this policy applies in cases where a product is received in a damaged condition at the time of delivery. To initiate a claim under this exception, customers must provide clear video proof of the damage. The video must be recorded at the time of unboxing or immediately upon receipt of the product, showing the packaging and the damaged item in detail. This video evidence must be submitted to EcoCore Manufacturers within twenty four hours from the date of delivery. Customers can return damaged or incorrect products within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Claims submitted after the twenty four hour period or without valid video proof will not be considered eligible for return or refund. In such cases, EcoCore Manufacturers reserves the right to reject the claim. If the claim is accepted, the company will either replace the damaged product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
The refund will be credited to customers account within 7-10 working days through original payment method and the replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness while protecting both the customer and the company. It also helps maintain accountability in the delivery process and ensures that genuine cases of damage are addressed promptly.
